All payments made for ADSY digital marketing services are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed and the service engagement has begun, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all service plans, including monthly retainers, one-time projects, and setup fees.

If a client chooses to terminate a service agreement before the minimum commitment period (typically 3 months), a cancellation charge of 30% of the remaining contract value will apply. This covers the costs of strategy development, creative work, account setup, and resources already allocated to your project.
